No. They book via a link that opens in any browser. No app, no account needed.
Do I need technical knowledge?
None at all. We handle the full setup. You just share your link.
What if I already use Google Calendar?
Even better. Bookings land directly in your existing calendar. Nothing to migrate.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Stripe account, your Google Calendar, and your customer database stay yours. They were always in your own accounts. We take down the booking page and stop maintenance. Cancel any time from your subscription portal. No contracts, no lock-in. Everything important is already in your own accounts.
What does the €49 setup fee cover?
Connecting your Stripe to your booking flow, configuring your Google Calendar, building your branded booking page on your own subdomain, and setting up your customer database in your Google Sheets. The work is done on accounts that are yours. Whether you stay or leave, the integrations are in your name. If the system isn't working as described 14 days after going live, we refund the €49 in full.
I already use another booking platform. Can I switch?
Yes. We'll move your customer list and active bookings for free. We handle the export and import for you. Most small practices migrate in under two hours and pay nothing extra for it.
Can I see what data you have access to and remove it?
Yes. We're listed as a collaborator on the specific resources we needed to deploy your system: your Google Apps Script project, your Booking History sheet, and (during setup only) your Google Calendar. To remove our access, open each resource in your Google Drive → Share → remove our email. We never store your customer data on our servers; it lives in your accounts, not ours.
Are SMS reminders included in the subscription?
SMS reminders are included as a feature, but the per-message cost is billed separately. €10 covers approximately 500 SMS messages. You top up when your balance drops below €2. No auto-charge, you choose when.
Do I need a Stripe account already?
No. If you don't have one, we create and set up your Stripe account as part of the deployment, in your business name with your bank details. The account is yours from day one. We never own it.
